Terms of Use

We allow users to use the application within the limits of their existing skills and operations. We provide all services related to the App only in accordance with the terms of use described here and other conditions, as far as these additional conditions are mentioned in these terms of use. We do not recognize the validity of any general terms and conditions or any other conditions of the user. Any general terms and conditions or other conditions of the user only become an integral part of the contract if they have been confirmed by us in writing.

  1. We provide the application only in accordance with these terms of use.
  2. The user has no right to use measures, mechanisms or software related to the App that may affect or interfere with the functionality or operation of the App.
  3. Users must not take steps that would place an unreasonable or undue burden on our technical capabilities.
  4. Users may not copy, export or otherwise use graphical elements or attempt to decompile the application's source code.
  5. Users are not allowed to insert or transmit any content that contains illegal or offensive content in the application. This also applies to communication content, as we enable users to communicate with each other within the application. The same applies to user-generated display names.
  6. User does not have permission to assign a name. The name chosen must not infringe the rights of third parties
  7. Users may not advertise third-party products or programs in the application.

Limitation of Liability/Availability

In respect of our charges for its services, we shall be liable only in cases of willful or gross negligence, but not limited thereto. We are also liable for slight negligence in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations. Fundamental contractual obligations are understood as those obligations that allow the correct execution of the contract and depend on the performance of its users.

Property and Copyright

The content of the App and any of our websites are the sole property of us or the relevant licensors. The content is protected by national and international laws, especially copyright law. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, reuse or other violations of our intellectual property rights or copyrights will be prosecuted under civil and/or criminal law.

If one party refuses to enforce, delays or suspends its rights under these Terms of Use, or gives the other party time, those rights will not be affected. The user is not entitled to assign his rights under this contractual relationship to third parties. These Terms do not apply if we have given our prior written approval. Unless agreed to the contrary in the Terms of Use or any other agreement, we will generally communicate with users by email. The user will ensure that e-mail messages from us arrive at the e-mail address he specified during registration or subsequently submitted to us
